Maker agreement

1. Parties
This agreement is between Endevr (PTY) Ltd ("ENDEVR.") and you, an independent maker approved to make products for ENDEVR. customers through the ENDEVR. portal. You are an independent contractor, not an employee.
2. Platform fee
5% of the total value of every item you make through ENDEVR. is retained by ENDEVR. as a platform fee. Prices to customers are set through the portal’s quoting process.
3. Quality standards
Every item must match the agreed brief, the approved quote and the standard shown in your assessment samples. Use suitable materials, finish work neatly and check each item before it leaves your workshop.
4. Customer reviews
Customers review completed projects after they receive them. Reviews are visible on your maker profile and are monitored by ENDEVR. Consistently low ratings, complaints or poor workmanship may lead to a warning, reduced project allocation, suspension, or removal from the platform.
5. Timelines and communication
Keep customers updated through the project thread, post progress photos when requested, and tell ENDEVR. promptly about any delay or problem. Respect your active project limit and pause intake when you are unavailable.
6. Customers and payments
All customer communication and payment for ENDEVR. projects goes through the portal. Do not take ENDEVR. customers’ work off-platform or ask them to pay you directly.
7. Confidentiality and designs
Keep customer details, designs and ENDEVR. templates confidential. Use them only for the project they were provided for.
8. Leaving the platform
You may stop taking projects at any time but must complete or properly hand over accepted work. ENDEVR. may remove makers who breach this agreement or fail to maintain quality standards.
9. Changes
ENDEVR. may update this agreement. The current version is always available on your maker profile in the portal.
